The Vacuum Distillation Continuous Recovery Unit CA-800 Series continuously purifies and recycles waste solvents through a vacuum distillation process, typically, used in industrial settings to recover valuable solvents from contaminants mixtures.
After setting up a drum containing waste liquid and a collection drum in the equipment, the system automatically feeds waste liquid into the unit and collects the distilled liquid in the collection drum. The system repeatedly uses vacuum distillation under reduced pressure with steam heating at low temperatures without causing thermal decomposition of the solvent.

Ultrasonic Dry Cleaner is a specialized cleaning system designed for removing particles from the surface of films or similar materials i high-speed roll-to-roll processes. Using ultrasonic air technology, it effectively cleans surfaces without the use of liquid cleaning agents. The head bottom, with a custom-made R diameter, is specifically designed to match the diameter of the customer’s backup roller. This system supports a maximum film width of 8000 mm, as demonstrated in actual performance, and is capable of operating with high-speed running webs at 500 m/min, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
