Cleanilox Ultra offers an efficient, safe, and budget-friendly solution for cleaning cylinders and anilox rolls. For optimal results, simply pour Cleanilox Ultra across the length of the cylinder and use a sponge or Magic Sponge Erasers (melamine sponges) to rub it in a circular motion.
With just 1-2 minutes of gentle scrubbing, you’ll achieve a thorough clean, leaving your cylinders and rolls in pristine condition.

Additionally, this sponge is designed to generate significantly less debris compared to standard melamine sponges, making post-cleaning disposal quick and hassle-free.

Ink Splash Guard
The ink splash prevention cover features high conductivity, with a resistivity of approximately 10 to the 4th power of ohms, effectively preventing electrostatic charging. Designed for convenience, the cover can be easily cut to the desired length and installed in the doctor holder at the end of the cylinder. It can also be custom-punched to fit your specific printing machine and ink pan, ensuring a precise and secure fit.
Edge Protecting Cover
This protective cover for cutting edges is equipped with 2-3 strategically placed magnets, ensuring safe and easy removal. Unlike products from other companies that feature magnets on all surfaces and require excessive force to attach or detach—potentially leading to injuries, particularly with sharp blades after use—our design prioritizes safety and ease of handling. The length and shape of the cover can be customized to suit your needs, and samples are available for trial use.

Used Blade Cutter
When used doctor blades are cut with scissors for disposal, there is a risk of injury from sharp blades after use. This machine does not directly touch the blade and automatically feeds the blade while cutting, allowing for safe disposal.
Textile Exoskeleton Suit
Designed to conform to the body structure and the moderate elasticity of each part supports labor postures without compromising movement. Cut-Resistant Gloves
Basalt yarn is used and does not contain the glass fibers normally used in cut-resistant gloves, so there is no stinging or itching sensation. The cut resistance is level D according to ISO13997 and level 5 according to EN388. The palm side is available with or without silicone rubber.
